What is the Siebenecken.app?

This app enhances your experience at attractions in the region. You can learn about the locations, test your knowledge in short educational games, or share content—such as photos from the photo booth—with your friends. You can also collect trading cards from all the places you visit and unlock prizes. How does it work? It’s simple—here’s how:

How does the app work?

In short: You visit all the experience locations on the map, complete each available activity on-site (read texts, listen to audio clips, take and share photos, play games, etc.), and thereby unlock these locations for our giveaway. Once you’ve visited enough locations, you can have your reward sent to you.

Launch the app

Open the app on your smartphone. You can access it directly via the following link: https://siebenecken.app Or scan the following QR code with your smartphone: ## Settings At the top of the screen, you’ll find a gear icon. This opens the settings dialog. Here you can adjust the language and font size.

Map and Viewpoints

On the overview map, you can see all the experience locations in the region marked on a map. You’ll also find the tours and attractions as cards at the bottom of the screen. You can swipe through them. When you select a card or a marker, you’ll be taken to the corresponding content. Tours are always displayed as a stack of cards. After selecting a tour, all cards belonging to that tour will be displayed. If there is a “map icon” in the lower-left corner of the screen, you can use it to go back to the next higher level.

Attractions

Each attraction has various features. You can access these by scrolling vertically or selecting the “Next” button. After the home page comes the table of contents. Here, you can also jump directly to the respective features. Some features have their own information pages and may require your consent to access your camera, location, or documents. Data protection is very important to us. The permissions requested are therefore only necessary for local functionality on your device. Shared content is only accessible to you and your recipient.

Evaluation and Contest

At the end of an experience location, you’ll sometimes find a check-in. Here, you can verify your visit to the location. All you need to do is share your location. When all three indicators are green, you’re at the location and have unlocked this feature. The evaluation shows whether you have used all the content at an experience location. You can then quickly jump to the features and grant permission by using the available functions. This is necessary to unlock the giveaway.

The Card Deck

At the top of the screen, you’ll find a playing card icon. Clicking it takes you to your personal card overview. Here you can see which experience locations you’ve already viewed, how far along you are at each location, and which locations you should visit next. By clicking the “Go to Rewards” button at the bottom of the screen, you can switch to the contest view.

The Contest View

Here you can view your game progress. You’ll see what you can unlock next and how many experience locations you still need to visit to reach your next milestone. Once you’ve visited enough locations and reached a milestone, you’ll see the “Claim Voucher Now” button. There, you can enter your mailing address, and we’ll send you the corresponding reward by mail.
